Overview of the fee structure for the Management Mandate

While sharing similarities with our subscription-based offers in various aspects, the Management Mandate stands out due to its unique fee calculation system, which is as follows:

• Entry Fees amounting to 1% of the funds placed under management. These fees can be considered as administrative fees and are payable at the time of implementing our service.

• Annual management fees, payable at the time of signing the agreement and subsequently each year on the anniversary date. Set at 2%, these fees ensure the proper management of your capital and grant you access to our additional services, such as the private Discord community.

• Quarterly Performance Fees, set at 20%, are applicable only in the case of a positive performance over the previous quarter, and their calculation is based on the High-Water Mark method.
