While sharing similarities with our subscription-based offers in various aspects, the **Management Mandate** stands out due to its unique fee calculation system, which is as follows:

* **Entry Fees** amounting to 1% of the funds placed under management. These fees can be considered as administrative fees and are payable at the time of implementing our service.<br>
* **Annual management fees**, payable at the time of signing the agreement and subsequently each year on the anniversary date. Set at 2%, these fees ensure the proper management of your capital and grant you access to our additional service&#x73;**.**<br>
* **Quarterly** **Performance Fees**, set at 20%, are applicable only in the case of a positive performance over the previous quarter, and their calculation is based on the **High-Water Mark** method.
